Please join the Society of Quality Assurance (SQA) for a full week of events dedicated to networking and education for Quality Assurance professionals. The week will begin with concurrent Special Symposia on global topics in GLP and GCP, followed by a face-to-face Regulatory Forum meeting, and closing with three days of training courses. Hotel & Transportation
The Special Symposia, Regulatory Forum meeting and Quality College will be held at the Sainte Claire hotel. SQA has been able to negotiate favorable rates at the hotel for attendees at these events.

The SQA room rate is $149 (single/double), exclusive of applicable taxes/fees.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm (noon).
SQA group rates are extended three days prior to and three days following the dates of these events on a space available basis.
SQA cannot guarantee the group rate for reservations made after 16 September 2010.
A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. This credit card will be charged one night's room rate and tax if your reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival.
Individuals may cancel 72 hours or more prior to arrival with no penalty.

We urge you to make your hotel reservation at our event hotel in order for SQA to maximize its meeting space and room block and to help keep negotiated room rates as low as possible. The guest room block and group rate negotiated with the hotel includes costs to provide us with the large quantity of meeting space we require for the meeting. If we do not occupy a sufficient number of guest rooms throughout the event, we will incur penalties and additional costs. Therefore, we urge all event participants to stay in the event hotel.
Transportation
The closest airport is the Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC). Rental cars, taxis and shuttle services are all available to take you from the airport to the Sainte Claire hotel. A taxi ride is 10-15 minutes and will cost approximately $20-25 to travel from the airport to the hotel. Numerous shuttle services are available as well for prices beginning at approximately $19 per person. The website ShuttleFare can help you find a reserve a seat on an airport shuttle from SJC to the Sainte Claire hotel. If you would like to use public transportation, the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority website has a Trip Planner that can help you navigate their public transportation system.
