Membership

By becoming a member, you will join an association of nearly 2,500 QA professionals who are dedicated to implementing Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in industry, government, academia and consulting.

To apply for SQA membership, please review the benefits of membership, select the requested information and add SQA Membership to your cart. Once your order is submitted, your application for SQA membership will go through an approval process that may take three or more weeks. Your credit card will not be charged until your application is approved, although PayPal Payflow Pro will place a hold on the funds in the mean time. If your membership is approved, a welcome packet will be mailed to you. A login to the members-only SQA website will be sent to you via e-mail after your membership is approved and payment is processed, so please make sure to provide a member/attendee e-mail address on check-out.

Two Membership Categories are available, Affiliate and Active. If you would like to become an Active category member, please select it in the membership application. Otherwise, your application will be processed under the Affiliate category. For the Active category, please also send the required documentation via e-mail to sqa@sqa.org , or fax it to +1 434.977.1856, or mail it to SQA, 154 Hansen Road, Suite 201, Charlottesville, VA, 22911, USA. If this documentation is not received, your application will be processed for the Affiliate category of membership. Documentation submitted in support of active membership may be verified for accuracy by the SQA Ethics and Membership Credentials Committee (EMCC). Inaccurate information may result in denial of active membership.

If you prefer not to apply online, please complete and fax or mail the  2010 PDF Membership Application  to the fax number or address above.

If you already have a user account, click here to apply for membership, or start by creating a new account. The user account does not constitute membership in SQA or grant access to members-only content on this site. However, the account enables you to register for events at the non-member rate, order products or apply for membership.
