Registration Fees
All Annual Meeting registration fees include plenary and concurrent sessions and all scheduled lunches and breaks as outlined in the program. Session recordings will be made available to attendees after the meeting.
Important Payment Note: The registration form must be accompanied by your credit card information or check in full payment of registration fees and events. All non-U.S. members will be charged the U.S. dollar equivalent at the time the charge is processed, unless otherwise indicated. To qualify for early or regular registration rates, registration must be completed online by the relevant deadline listed below. The last day for online registration is 31 March 2026.

Cancellation Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made in writing to SQA Headquarters. Refunds of Annual Meeting and/or Quality College registration fees, minus a $55 processing fee, are made on the following schedule:

NO EXCEPTIONS to the cancellation policy will be made if all or any part of the Annual Meeting or Quality College change format (e.g., from in-person/hybrid to virtual-only).
Substitution Policy
If you become unable to attend Quality College or the Annual Meeting, you may send a substitute in your place. Each registration substitution will be charged a
$55 processing fee.
Registration Change Policy
If you have registered for a Quality College course and would like to attend a different course, you may change your registration by contacting SQA Headquarters (see below). Each course change is subject to availability and will be charged any applicable difference in price plus a $55 processing fee. If you have registered for the Annual Meeting and would like to make changes to your registration, you may do so by contacting SQA Headquarters (see below) or by sending in a change via hard copy registration form. Any difference in Annual Meeting registration fees will be charged or refunded as appropriate.
Returned Check Policy
Remittance must be made in U.S. dollars. A surcharge may be assessed to cover any collection fees.
Emergency Illness or Death of Registrant or Immediate Family Member
Registrants who are unable to attend the Quality College or the Annual Meeting because of a serious illness or death may receive a partial refund (amount paid minus the
$55 processing fee) or full credit for a future meeting (as applicable) in the following instances:
- Personal illness or death of the attendee; or
- Illness or death in the immediate family of the attendee.
Requestors shall submit the request in writing to SQA Headquarters. The Program Co-Chairs shall review the request to ensure it is in accordance with written policy.

Disclaimer: Speaker Substitutions
Please understand that there may be changes to the program as situations occur for presenters leading up to the meeting, and that presenters for the Quality College and the Annual Meeting are subject to change. SQA will keep you informed of any changes as they occur, and we reserve the right to substitute speakers to complete training courses or sessions or to make presentations where other presenters have had to cancel or reschedule their presentations dates and/or times. As professionals in this field, SQA sincerely appreciates your understanding of this possibility.
Communicable Disease & Hold Harmless Agreement
By registering and attending a Society of Quality Assurance (SQA) event/meeting you acknowledge that there is an unknown risk of exposure communicable diseases through exposure to contaminated objects, as well as through personal contact. Such exposure carries with it a certain degree of risk that could result in illness, disability, or death. By registering you agree to release and hold harmless SQA, its employees, officers, and vendors from and against all claims of damages and liability resulting from exposure to a communicable disease. Registrants/Attendees also warrant they are abiding by the local state/locality laws related to communicable disease.
SQA Member and Program Participant Code of Conduct
By registering yourself and any guest(s) to attend a Society of Quality Assurance (SQA) event/meeting you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in
SQA Member and Program Participant Code of Conduct; SOP BE-03.
Crowd Release
By registering and attending a Society of Quality Assurance (SQA) event/meeting, you grant SQA full rights in perpetuity to use the images and/or sound resulting from the photography/video recording taken at the event/meeting, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images/sound for publicity or other purposes to help achieve SQA's mission. This might include (but is not limited to) the right to use the images/sound in SQA's printed and digital publications, press releases, and social media.
