The 36th SQA Annual Meeting and Quality College has been cancelled. The health and safety of our members and colleagues is our number one priority and we are closely monitoring the CDC and WHO notices on novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

SQA Annual Meeting Group Rate: $259 per night, plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 18%)
Please note that the 2020 Government per diem rate is $256 per night. 

Reserve your room by 13 March 2020 to guarantee SQA group rates. 
 
The Annual Meeting group room rate includes the $22 resort fee covering the following:
  • High-speed internet access in your guest room
  • Twenty-four hour access to the fitness center
  • Access to the indoor Junior Olympic-sized pool
  • Local, toll-free and domestic long-distance phone calls
  • Two bottles of Aquafina® water per-room, per day
  • Newspaper available daily at Key Provisions
  • Coupon booklet with $100 in savings at the resort and local area
  • Up to $10 complimentary dry cleaning, per day
  • Complimentary transportation on the National Harbor Circulator Bus with stops throughout the Harbor including Tanger Outlets, Harbor shops and restaurants, the Capital Wheel, and the MGM National Harbor Resort. Registered guest simply swipe their room key on the bus for this transportation service.
Buyer Beware
Unauthorized companies may contact SQA exhibitors and registrants and offer hotel reservations for our events. SQA does NOT solicit reservations or credit card information by phone and/or email. Do not fall prey to these aggressive companies; you risk losing significant deposits or being relocated without any warning. Please be advised that reservations made through an agency other than the hotel could be risky. If you are contacted by another housing company trying to sell hotel rooms, please notify Lynne Valentic.

Valet parking: 49 USD daily
Self-parking: 14 USD hourly, 30 USD daily
SQA Attendees receive a voucher for 3 USD off self-parking
 
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date with no penalty. Anyone cancels their reservation less than 72 hours before arrival will forfeit one night room and tax.
