Employment Opportunities

Target your recruitment program to over 2,300 QA professionals with significant experience in GLP, GCP and GMP fields by posting a job opening on the Members-Only Employment Opportunities page!  On average, the page receives 850 to 1000 page views during the 60-day posting period.  Weekly e-mail updates draw members' attention to new postings.  Instructions for placing ads are below.

Employment opportunities are posted each Monday unless a holiday falls on a Monday, in which case, they are posted on Tuesday.

For every 9 job postings, receive a 10th posting FREE!  (That's a savings of 10% off our Standard Rate!)

51+ job openings:

SQA extends a 15% discount off our Standard Rate to companies who advertise more than 50 job openings within a calendar year.


Job Openings are posted as Word or PDF files as received with a link from our Members-Only Employment Opportunities page.  The most recent postings are positioned at the top of the page.

Company logos are allowed as long as they do not make the document more than 300KB in size.  If you would like to convert your document to PDF, but do not have access to Adobe Acrobat, consider using the fee-per-conversion service on the Adobe website (www.adobe.com).

 

2008 Corporate Supporters of SQA receive a 25% discount off the published rates during 2008.

Individual Consultant Members of SQA receive a 25% discount off the published rates.  To qualify, an advertiser must be a solo QA consultant who is an SQA member with paid dues for the current membership year.

Package rates apply to companies that plan to advertise 10 or more job openings within the calendar year.  Payment in full is required at the time of the initial posting.  Employment opportunities may be submitted for posting all at once or throughout the calendar year.  SQA shall not reimburse any company for 'unused' ads.  Package rates apply strictly to individual employers within the QA profession and do not extend to advertising agencies planning to submit job openings from multiple clients.

If considered beneficial for the Society, SQA reserves the right to negotiate a higher discount for frequent advertisers, subject to approval by the SQA Board of Publications and/or Board of Directors.

Steps for Placing an Ad

Step 1:  Fill out and submit the following form.

Step 2:  Attach the ad as a separate file in an e-mail to erin.irtenkauf@sqa.org.  Documents should not exceed two (2) pages and must include contact information and application instructions for the respondents.  Please remove all information, including headers and footers, that you do not want the job applicant to see.  Company logos are allowed as long as they do not make the document more than 300KB in size.  See also the Advertisement Submission Requirements.
