Quality Matters is distributed to over 2,300 Quality Assurance professionals with significant experience in GLP, GCP and GMP fields! Use this publication to market your organization with a display ad, advertise your consulting or training services, or announce job openings in your company to the entire SQA Membership. Classified Advertisements

Market your employment opportunities in the Classified section. All classified advertisements will be placed in the Classified section of the newsletter in alphabetical order by first word. No logos or graphics will be accepted.

Business Card Advertising

Business card advertisments are displayed throughout the newsletter. Choose to run your business card in four consecutive issues and save! Please note: In order to take advantage of our discounted rate, payment in full is due with the initial insertion. Business Cards must be 3½" x 2" in size. For submission of hard copy business cards, please contact Erin Irtenkauf.

Ad Guidelines

Platform: PC or Macintosh (Please note: Macintosh-based files cannot be edited by the publisher.)

Accepted File Formats: PDF (preferred), TIFF, EPS, Adobe PhotoShop, Quark XPress. All files must be a minimum resolution of 360 dpi (higher resolution preferred). Full color (CMYK preferred) and grayscale ads are accepted. Please include all font and graphic files with the ad. ALL Fonts must be embedded in PDF files, including common fonts such as Times New Roman and Arial.

Media Accepted: e-mail (preferred), CD, Zip disk (100M or 250M), 3.5" Floppy disk

^† 2008 Corporate Supporters of SQA receive a 25% discount off the published rates during 2008.

Individual Consultant Members of SQA receive a 25% discount off the published rates. To qualify, an advertiser must be a solo QA consultant who is an SQA member with paid dues for the current membership year.
