Placing an Ad
Attach the ad as a separate file in e-mail to erin.irtenkauf@sqa.org. If requesting placement of a cover ad, please make sure to send both color and grayscale versions of your cover ad.

The 26th SQA Annual Meeting program will be spiral bound. Cover ads are printed in full color and are selected by lottery from all cover ads submitted. Ads that are not accepted for covers will be printed in the interior of the program. Interior ads must be grayscale. Full-spread ads may be placed by reserving two full-page ads for the interior of the program. Full-spread ads cannot include inside covers.

Individual Consultant Members of SQA receive a 25% discount off the published rates. To qualify, an advertiser must be a solo QA consultant who is an SQA member with paid dues for the current membership year.

Ad Guidelines
Platform: PC or Macintosh (Please note: Macintosh-based files cannot be edited by the publisher.)
Accepted File Formats: PDF (preferred), TIFF, EPS, Adobe PhotoShop, Quark XPress. All files must be a minimum resolution of 360 dpi (higher resolution preferred). Full color (CMYK preferred) are accepted only for cover ads. All other ads must be grayscale.
Please include all font and graphic files with the ad. ALL Fonts must be embedded in PDF files, including common fonts such as Times New Roman and Arial.
