Scott M. Szczesny is a Partner and the Head of Quality & Compliance Recruiting at PharmaLogics Recruiting, a Boston based national search firm specializing in the Bio-Pharmaceutical industry. He is a graduate of Boston College and has over 12 years of experience in the recruiting industry. Scott is an Associate Member and Career Partner with SQA. He serves on the Membership Retention & Development Committee and enjoys meeting one-on-one with members for mock interview, resume review and job search strategy sessions. As SQA expands its on-line Career Center services, Scott will be sharing his expertise on various job search topics here on the website. He will be writing on current topics quarterly and is always happy to address both general and specific questions related to improving your career path within your current employer and searching externally for the right next position.
