CONFERENCE PRESENTER GUIDELINES

Thank you for your participation in the 24th SQA Annual Meeting, to be held 20 - 25 April 2008 at the Memphis Cook Convention Center in Memphis, TN, USA.

Please see the following deadlines and documents pertinent to your role as a Conference Speaker or Poster Presenter:

Oral Speaker Confirmation, A-V, and Presentation Release Form (not required for Poster authors)	7 March 2008

Oral Presentation Instructions Presentations due to HQ (not required for Poster authors)	Deadline extended to 26 March 2008
Poster Instructions Poster Guidelines Poster Listing (including abstract numbers) updated 20 March 08

Conference speakers are required to register for the Conference and pay the appropriate registration fees. Conference speakers who are registering for the 3-day Conference receive a $100 discount on registration. Conference speakers registering for One Day Only receive a $50 discount. Please see the Registration page for details.

Please note that this information DOES NOT apply to the Pre- or Post-conference Training. If you are speaking during the Training, please contact your Session Chair for information.
