Exhibit Days: 22 - 23 April 2008
Market your organization to over 900 expected attendees! Exhibitors
are placed in the center of high traffic events that offer great visibility
to meeting attendees. Exhibitors will be listed in the Conference
Program, on signage at the meeting, in SQA Newsletters and on the Conference
website, and will receive all meeting materials, including the Conference
Program and gifts.
Exhibitor Marketing Options

8' x 10' Exhibit Booth - $820.00 before 31 Jan 08
Includes 8' deep x 10' wide exhibit space, pipe and draping,
and signage. This option is designed for companies who wish to
market their products and/or services using a full exhibit booth. Exhibitors
are encouraged to man their booths, but it is not required at all times. Exhibitors
have full privileges for conference participation.

Tabletop Exhibit - $740.00 before 31 Jan
08
Includes 6' skirted table space, chair and signage. This option is
designed for individuals or businesses who wish to market their products
and/or services, but do not want to use a full exhibit booth. Tabletop
Exhibits may be manned if desired, but it is not required. Exhibitors
have full privileges for conference participation.
- Interview Meeting Space for Exhibitors - $150.00
Available to exhibitors only. SQA will have private interview meeting
space available on Tuesday - Wednesday,
22 - 23 April 2008 for rent for those exhibitors that have open positions.
The rental cost is $150 per day. Exhibitors that take advantage of
this opportunity will be highlighted in the Conference Program as having
available
jobs. Attendees who are searching for jobs will be encouraged to visit
these booths.
Exhibitor Fees
The Exhibitor fee includes registration for one attendee and the cost
of the desired marketing space. Additional exhibit booth representatives
will be
required to pay the full conference registration fee of $595.00.
