Exhibitor Marketing Options
• 8’ x 10’ Exhibit Booth
Includes 8’ deep x 10’ wide exhibit space, pipe and draping, and
signage. This option is designed for companies who wish to market their products
and/or services using a full exhibit booth. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend
their booths, but it is not required at all times. Exhibitors have full privileges
for conference participation.
• Tabletop Exhibit
Includes 6’ skirted table space, chair and signage. This option is designed
for individuals or businesses who wish to market their products and/or services,
but do not want to use a full exhibit booth. Tabletop Exhibits may be manned
if desired, but it is not required. Exhibitors have full privileges for conference
participation.
Exhibitor Fees
The Exhibitor fee includes registration for one attendee and the cost of the desired marketing space. Additional exhibit booth representatives will be required to pay full conference registration fees.

• Listing as an Exhibitor on the Conference Website, with a link to your
corporate homepage
• Meeting materials, including the Annual Meeting Program and gifts
• Admission to Plenary and Concurrent Sessions, Opening Reception, meals
and conference events
